Using Zwind

Zwind products are provided for lawful personal and professional use. You are responsible for the files, network sources, feeds, links, marker rules, and servers you configure.

User Content and Sources

Zwind may expose local files, SMB shares, Quark resources, RSS feeds, and web media projections through WebDAV-style interfaces. You must have the rights and permissions required to access, copy, share, stream, or transform any content you connect.

Purchases and Promotions

App purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and offer code redemption are handled through Apple or the relevant store provider. Promotion links and redemption codes may expire, be limited by region, or be subject to campaign-specific limits.

Availability

Local server behavior depends on device permissions, network conditions, client compatibility, and external services. Resolver output may change when a source website, feed, cloud service, or API changes.

No Warranty

Zwind is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility, or fitness for a specific workflow. You should keep independent backups of important files and configuration.
